Returns Policy Refunds: Where you/we excercise your/our right cancel, payment will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation. This returns policy does not effect your statutory rights. Remittance Terms
Cancellation: As a consumer, your rights are protected by the United Kingdom's Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations. This means you can change your mind and cancel an order, without a reason, even after your order has been delivered.
If you decide to cancel, you should to do so within 7 working days - starting from the day after you recieve your order. This is called the "cooling-off" period.
You are responsible for charges incurred in returning the item to us. Goods should be returned in their original condition.
Returned goods are to be accompanied by a note showing your name, e-mail address, order number and the reason for return and should be forwarded in the original packaging to our Customer Service Team at the address above.
Faults and Errors: If there is a fault with your product, or a product was delivered in error, you may return it to us within 10 days for a replacement or refund. In this situation we'll happily refund the delivery charges incurred in returning the item to us.
