Sparkle pearls are a 3 stage pearl effect, they are best used over a base colour of choice these do not directly change the colour of the base coat, they are to add a sparkle to your existing colour, our best creation is sparkle pearl white, this has so many uses for complete paint jobs, or just maybe a border for graphics,
